Insurance and billing information can be quite confusing.
As a courtesy, we will verify your insurance prior to scheduling your first visit. However, to get the most out of your insurance coverage, it is best to contact your carrier directly ahead of time.
It is ultimately the patient’s responsibility to know his/her benefits and to notify our office of any changes in your insurance policy or status immediately. Failure to do so will result in you being 100% responsible for payment of any denied services.
Non-insured patients will be provided a self-pay rate.
All payments are collected upfront prior to seeing the physician.
